They are optimized for use on RC flybarless helicopters. The optimization consists of adjusting the weight and the position of the centre of gravity of the blade.
These blades are intended for a wide range of RC helicopter pilots from beginners to professional 3D experts.
Thanks to their exceptional bend and torsion stiffness, these blades deliver stable performance even in the most violent turns. Novice pilots will appreciate the high resistance to minor collisions.
Thanks to the carefully selected and precisely observed profile, the RAPID blades operate with low resistance even at high angles of attack, which results in lower power consumption. This will be appreciated by 3D pilots during aerobatic turns demanding a high-power unit performance, but also by regular pilots due to the extended flight time of the helicopter, especially with electric propulsion.
They are manufactured with high precision in hardened steel moulds using the highest quality prepreg composites used in the aerospace industry. Processing at high temperatures and pressures gives the material excellent mechanical properties as well as thermal and dimensional stability. Production and machining of the products after removal from the moulds are done by machine using CNC technology. This guarantees maximum production precision and stable product properties with virtually no differences between products purchased even with a long time gap.
