When using the optional external LED device these will flash brightly to indicate that the board has been activated due to a problem.
During normal use, the board will charge the 2S 430mAh backup battery to a maximum 4v per cell.

The Ultra Guard 430 is the perfect back up power solution for any form of RC be it flight, surface or water.
The UG430 simply plugs into a spare receiver port of any brand or receiver.
When the model is powered up either via the ESC, separate BEC or Reciever Pack the board is able to recognise the systems operating voltage from 4.8V to 8.4V. It will then log that as the voltage to supply back into the receiver should an issue arise.
If for any reason the UG430 is not receiving a voltage from the receiver it knows there has been an issue, it will the return the correct operating voltage to the receiver to allow the model user to safely return the model.
